For iOS (App Store) users:

  1. Open the Settings of your device
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android (Google Play) users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the profile icon at the top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  6. Tap Cancel subscription

For iOS (App Store) users:

  1. Open the settings of your device
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change
  4. Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase

For Android (Google Play) users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the profile icon at the top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to change
  5. Tap Manage > Change plan
  6. Choose your new subscription option

For iOS (App Store) users:

You can check your subscription status in your device Settings:

  1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
  2. Find our app in the list to see your plan and renewal date

For Android (Google Play) users:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap the profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  3. Find our app to view your plan details and renewal date

For iOS (App Store) users:

The invoice is sent by App Store to the email that is connected to your Apple ID.

For Android (Google Play) users:

You can find your purchase history and receipts in Google Play:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap the profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history
  3. Find the purchase and tap "View receipt"

Note: We sell subscriptions via the app stores, so we can't issue invoices directly. Please contact the respective store if you haven't received your invoice.

For iOS (App Store) users:

Please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

For Android (Google Play) users:

You can request a refund through Google Play:

  1. Go to Google Play Order History
  2. Find the purchase
  3. Select "Request a refund" and follow the instructions
